BECOME PARTNER OF THE ITALIAN FILM FESTIVAL BERLIN

IFFB 2016

BECOME PARTNER OF THE ITALIAN FILM FESTIVAL BERLIN

The Italian Film Festival Berlin is a valuable instrument for promoting the activities and products of Italian and German companies that intend to penetrate or strengthen their position on the German market.
In addition to the visibility guaranteed by the instruments used for external promotion, the Festival allows certain partners to sponsor themselves directly in dedicated areas during the event.
There are three types of commercial packages.

TITLE SPONSOR

This type of partnership connects the name of the company to the name of the Festival (for example: Fiat Italian Film Festival Berlin), thus guaranteeing the utmost visibility and promotion.
The package includes the following services:

• connection of the name of the company and the name of the Festival for the whole communication process (press conferences, press reviews, press releases, advertising material, promotional channels etc.);

• integration between the company logo and the Festival logo on all the advertising material (website, posters, brochures, fliers etc.);

• development of co-marketing activities with the Festival;

• the integrated IFF/Title Sponsor logo will be published on the website (homepage header and primary visibility on the partners’ page), fliers and posters (header), banner ads (outside and in areas inside the cinema), brochure with programme (cover);

• direct promotion inside the cinema through advertising panels, stands, distribution of advertising material to the public etc.;

• screening of 25 seconds spots before each event and addition of the integrated logo to the video preceding each scheduled film;

• customisation of merchandising products (notebooks, lanyards, shoppers and T-shirts);

• reserved seats and Festival subscriptions.

The Title sponsor package of the IFF Berlin can also be combined with the Tuscia Film Fest and can be modified in agreement with the partners to meet their specific needs.

MAIN SPONSOR

This type of partnership is addressed to a limited number of companies (no more than four) that can promote themselves directly in the cinema and in other dedicated areas within the IFF, besides being granted visibility by the Festival’s communication plan.
This package includes the following services:

• presence of company logo for the whole communication process (press conferences, press reviews, press releases, advertising material, promotional channels etc.);

• company logo with primary visibility on all of the Festival’s advertising material (website, posters, brochures, fliers etc.);

• development of co-marketing activities with the Festival;

• the logo of the Main sponsor will be published on the website (upper banner in the left column of the homepage, primary visibility on the partners’ page), fliers and posters (foot note), banner ads (areas inside the cinema), brochure with programme (inside cover);

• direct promotion inside the Babylon cinema through advertising panels, stands, distribution of advertising material to the public etc.;

• screening of 25 seconds spots before each event and addition of the integrated logo to the video preceding each scheduled film;

• reserved seats and Festival subscriptions.

The Main sponsor package of the IFF Berlin can also be combined with the Tuscia Film Fest and can be modified in agreement with the partners to meet their specific needs.

SUPPLIERS

The IFF suppliers get visibility in exchange for services and products to be defined with the Festival organisers.
This package includes the following services:

• the logo will be published on the website (central and bottom banner in the left column of the homepage and partners’ page), fliers and posters (foot note), sponsor panel (areas inside the cinema), brochure with the programme;

• direct promotion inside the cinema through the distribution of advertising material at the suppliers’ stands;
